Residentie Royal

A highly successful facelift. Few other buildings undergo such a transformation as Residence Royal in Knokke. After years of issues, the owners’ association decided to renovate the building. The old, dark structure was transformed into an instant eye-catcher with new façade cladding in Solid Surface Corian, mounted on an aluminum support structure. The panels were mechanically fastened to the underlying structure with concealed fixings.
