High-end office building expansion in Schoten. The historic property, once a coach house next to Vordenstein Park, was expanded by approximately 500m², adding 20 extra workspaces and four meeting rooms. The façade cladding for the extension was designed to seamlessly integrate old and new. The front and rear façades feature sleek, vertical anodized aluminum slats that reflect the rhythm of the original façade while offering a modern look. The side façade has a closed, flat appearance with aluminum cassettes, complementing the existing rough masonry wall. This approach creates a harmonious and contemporary integration with the historic building.
